The Fingershield Standard - Our Promise to You
Where Safety and Service Come First

As the market leader in the supply of door safety devices, we strive to offer 100% customer satisfaction. We are confident that the quality of the products and services we provide is unsurpassable, and that we are able to achieve our target for a majority of the time. With this in mind, we have listed below a set of standards that we aim to achieve for the benefit of our customers.
1. We will treat all our customers with respect at all times.
2. We aim to continually improve the level of service that we offer
to our customers.
3. We provide our customers with comprehensive information and
advice regarding our products and services when requested.
(Freephone: 0800 980 9444).
4. Customer satisfaction is constantly monitored by way of on-going
customer feedback questionnaires. This enables us to make improvements
which will be of benefit to both Fingershield and our customers.
5. Risk assessment enquiries will be handled promptly and professionally
by our fully trained door safety surveyors. Moreover, we will take every
care to try and ensure that the free-of-charge survey does not interfere
with the day-to-day running of the school/establishment and a fully
comprehensive copy of the survey is made available once
the survey has been carried out.
6. All of the Fingershield surveyors and fitters have been CRB approved for
the safety and security of all our customers.
7. We aim to have all deliveries made within 2-3 working days of receipt of
order, and in the majority of cases, our customers receive their order the
very next day.
8. Although installations will take a little longer, customers will be contacted
promptly, and installation arrangements will be agreed with the customer.
9. Our installers are fully trained to carry out the works cleanly, safely and
efficiently, with the minimum of noise and interference to normal daily
activities.
10. Fingershield is committed to the environment and energy saving efficiency.
We use recyclable materials in our products and have removed harmful
Cadmium and Lead from the manufacturing processes. We are also
committed to reducing wastage wherever possible, which altogether
work to minimise the impact that our business has on the environment.
