As part of an attempt to ensure total customer satisfaction, we invite every school/nursery who has purchased our Fingershield devices to complete a Customer Feedback Form. The following is a brief summary of the comments of just the last 1,000 of those customers. We hope you find their comments of interest and of assistance. Please also note, if you wish to obtain copies of just some of these Customer Feedback Forms we would only be too happy to provide them for you to check out/verify.

• Almost 25% of all respondents said that they were prompted to install Fingershield anti finger trapping devices, because a finger trapping accident had occurred in their school/nursery.
• 100% of respondents would recommend Fingershield to other schools.
• 99% of respondents described the manner in which we conducted the transaction as entirely ethical (1% failed to comment on this point).
• 97% of respondents found our Door Safety Risk Assessment Survey did not disrupt their normal school activities (3% failed to comment).
