Fingershield have been picked by ITV to fit our new Child Finger Guards for homes to the bedrooms of Sonja and Lee’s children who live in Taunton. In the show Sonja surprises husband Lee - an ex Royal Marine who works as a security consultant in Afghanistan. He spends months away from home and when he gets back, he works hard doing DIY on the family home. Sonja was desperate to give him some peace of mind and a real break from DIY. The ITV show wanted to ensure that they were giving their children’s bedroom not only a ‘60 min makeover’ but ensuring that safety was in hand. Fingershield Safety (UK) commented: ‘ What’s very exciting is that not only are ITV offering families the chance to give their home a makeover, but the fact that they are very much child safety conscious as this is an important message we here at Fingershield are giving out to all parents.’
